Job Summary

Family Practice Associates is seeking a skilled APRN- Nurse Practitioner to join our team of primary care providers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in our community.

Responsibilities

Provide professional-level primary health care to patients with complex chronic and acute health conditions
Conduct general and preventative care, including check-ups, treating illnesses, and prescribing medication
Obtain and review detailed medical histories, perform physical exams, and assess medical problems
Diagnose and manage patient care, order and interpret test results, and recommend treatment plans
Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation, including Electronic Health Records
Provide patient education and support, and perform other medical or educational functions as needed

Requirements

Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Knowledge of primary care principles and practices
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Computer literacy and proficiency in Electronic Health Records
