Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with All Medical Personnel, you will be responsible for conducting in-home health and wellness assessments for health insurance plans. This will include H&P evaluations, reviewing medications and dosages, and performing physical exams, blood pressure checks, finger sticks, and urine sample collections. You will also leave fecal kits for patients to mail in.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- CAQH registration
- NPI #
- NP license in the state of employment
- Unrestricted state license
