About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Acute Care department at Providence St Vincent Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in patient and family education, including providing information about medications, treatments, and self-care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association.
