Job Opportunity at WWCM

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our team at WWCM. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our cyberpsychology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Research: Design and execute experiments to advance our understanding of human factors, cognitive vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity threats.
  • Analyze Data: Collect, record, and analyze data to inform our research and development efforts.
  • Communicate Results: Present research findings to senior staff and contribute to the development of reports, reviews, and summaries.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other research and technical staff to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Ph.D. in psychology or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience conducting psychological research, with a proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of research design, methodology, and statistical analysis, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Research Experience: Experience working with human subjects, grant writing, and funding applications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer programs and software necessary for research.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages.
