- Schedule appointments and set up referral contacts as needed.
- Assist with office administrative tasks, including answering phones, taking messages, and performing data entry.
- Maintain quality control testing logs and ensure all medical equipment is in proper working condition.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program or one year of clinical experience.
- Ability to obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.
The Medical Assistant will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, interacting with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
