Job Summary:

Northshore is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Observation Unit team. As a Clinical Nurse, you will utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. You will work closely with a Clinical Manager and designee to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver patient care according to physician orders and established hospital policies and procedures.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Implement and evaluate patient care plans, revising as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:
  • Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification for basic life support provider through the American Heart Association.
