- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on IVR or call center technologies.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IVR systems, including platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco, and experience with call center technologies, including Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) systems and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.
- Soft Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure, excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
