XPDEL is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Helper to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for retrieving products from the conveyor, verifying documentation, and assisting operators with tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize the work area and products
  • Run products within specifications
  • Label, count, and box products
  • Inspect products for quality assurance
  • Enter job information on product usage
  • Maintain a clean and debris-free work zone

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Print experience is preferred
  • Physical requirements include lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods

Compensation:

  • $14/hr for day shift (6:30AM-3PM)
  • $17/hr for night shift (3PM-11:30PM)
