Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our manufacturing facility. This role is essential for maintaining an efficient and friendly workplace by helping with various administrative tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Activity Logging: Accurately document employee activities and time logs to support efficient workforce management.
  • Document Management: Scan, upload, and organize important paperwork, ensuring records are stored correctly and accessible when needed.
  • Phone Management: Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system, ensuring professional and courteous communication with callers.
  • HR Support: Assist the Human Resources department with tasks such as filing, document preparation, and responding to basic employee inquiries.
  • Visitor Reception: Greet visitors and vendors, ensuring they feel welcomed and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Scheduling Support: Help organize appointments or meetings for staff and management, ensuring schedules remain up-to-date.
  • General Office Support: Assist with a variety of office tasks as needed, such as ordering supplies, sorting mail, and coordinating with other departments to keep the office running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable personality.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is a plus.
