Fusion Consulting is a leading Business and IT boutique consultancy specializing in the Life Sciences industry. We are seeking an experienced SAP CO Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA for an exciting project within the pharmaceutical industry.

As a SAP S/4HANA CO Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to implement and optimize SAP Controlling (CO) processes while ensuring seamless integration with financial accounting (FI). This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your technical knowledge and industry expertise in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA CO modules, including Overhead Cost Controlling (CO-OM), Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
  • Work closely with pharmaceutical clients to gather business requirements, ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and financial processes.
  • Integrate SAP CO modules with SAP FI and other related modules, such as MM and SD, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for controlling processes, such as cost allocation, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams to ensure a deep understanding of SAP CO functionalities within the pharmaceutical context.
  • Support the testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.
  • Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance for pharmaceutical clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with SAP S/4HANA updates and provide insights on how to leverage new functionalities for clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as an SAP CO Consultant, with significant hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of SAP CO processes, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC), Internal Orders (CO-OM), and Profitability Analysis with Margin Analysis.
  • Experience working on projects within the pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage, with knowledge of industry regulations and financial practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP FI integration and familiarity with related modules (MM, SD).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering solutions tailored to client needs in a regulated industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead workshops and training sessions for pharmaceutical clients.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
