Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and communicate directly with prospective donors.
- Design and spearhead promotional fundraising initiatives in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Identify and target specific demographics to effectively promote our charity partners' missions within the community.
- Conduct and present market research findings to both entry-level and senior marketing teams.
- Foster and demonstrate leadership capabilities throughout the entry-level team.
- Enhance brand visibility and recognition through tailored marketing and sales strategies.
- Adopt a client-first approach to support all facets of marketing, driving growth and fostering brand loyalty.
