About the Role

We are seeking a Coach Counselor to join our team at Rite of Passage, a leading national provider of programs and opportunities for troubled and at-risk youth. As a Coach Counselor, you will play a critical role in providing safety and supervision for our youth, while also supporting their educational, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide around-the-clock supervision and support to our youth, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Monitor and document student behaviors and activities, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for success.
  • Participate in and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each student's treatment plan.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 60 hours of college education or one year of experience working with at-risk youth or in a security position preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
