Job Summary: Willow Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks a skilled Physical Therapist Specialist to provide rehabilitation therapy services to patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a skilled nursing facility and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide rehabilitation therapy services to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs
Requirements:
- State license verification required
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
