Job Summary

We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will be responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the Store Manager in various store operations duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and leading the team in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by staying calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush.
  • Understand and execute cash handling, point of sale system, and operational procedures in an accurate and consistent manner.
  • Lead team members to stay on task with store chores and other tasks.
  • Ensure team members follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Serve as a keyholder, following all opening and closing procedures.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability.
