Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, welcoming and checking them in for appointments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to troubleshoot and meet patient needs
- Follow approved standard operating procedures to complete technical and administrative functions, including registration, insurance verification, and scheduling
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, providers, and clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Utilize computer skills and navigate multiple applications simultaneously to efficiently complete tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with 12 months of experience in healthcare or customer service, or currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program
