Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, welcoming and checking them in for appointments
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to troubleshoot and meet patient needs
  • Follow approved standard operating procedures to complete technical and administrative functions, including registration, insurance verification, and scheduling
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, providers, and clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure a smooth and positive experience
  • Utilize computer skills and navigate multiple applications simultaneously to efficiently complete tasks
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with 12 months of experience in healthcare or customer service, or currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program
