As a Lead Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and enhancing the daily operations of our Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Team.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of direct recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume and professional recruitment.
Additionally, we seek someone with at least 1-2 years of experience in managing departmental integration and change initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Continuously identifying and attracting top talent.
- Developing a strong employment brand.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates and employees.
- Overseeing recruitment and sourcing efforts, including resume evaluations and phone screenings.
- Tracking and organizing recruitment data effectively.
- Posting job openings on various platforms and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Supervising the recruiting team and analyzing performance metrics.
- Implementing innovative sourcing strategies, such as social recruiting and Boolean searches.
- Recommending enhancements to our employer branding.
- Establishing a professional network through collaboration with local partners.
- Identifying trends that may impact recruitment strategies.
- Conducting recruitment and selection processes as needed.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical skills are essential, including the ability to:
- Interpret various documents such as safety regulations and procedural manuals.
- Perform mathematical calculations in various units of measure.
- Address problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations.
Willingness to travel up to 10% as necessary.
