Your Role

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and engaging top IT talent for our Orlando Delivery Center. This individual will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced, high call volume environment and effectively communicate with potential employees and the internal team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing recruiting resources to attract qualified IT professionals for TEKsystems' positions.
  • Initiating the hiring process for available positions, including Internet sourcing, initial phone screens, and presenting qualified candidates to the IT Delivery Specialist.
  • Creatively leveraging Social Media to network and build connections within the community of IT Professionals.
  • Posting available positions on the Internet and conducting searches to increase the available candidate pool.
  • Soliciting referrals and following up with potential talent.
  • Evaluating all resumes received and selecting only candidates that are appropriate to enter into the interview process.
  • Scheduling candidates for interviews.
  • Interacting with potential candidates at a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  • Maintaining all documentation using proprietary Applicant Tracking System to track information.

Requirements

We're looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. A High School Diploma is required, and proficiency with Internet recruiting is a plus. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location

This role is based in Orlando, FL.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
