Career Opportunities

As a Maintenance Technician B, you will perform repair and maintenance work on diesel and non-diesel equipment and trucks, including chassis components, vehicle refuse bodies, and control systems.

You will enjoy working on a single fleet with state-of-the-art equipment, supporting drivers as they run their routes and servicing some of the most technically advanced vehicles on the road.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a working knowledge of and moderate skill proficiency in various vehicle components and systems.
  • Perform preventative and repair maintenance functions, both on-site and on the road.
  • Identify and repair malfunctions using electronic tools.
  • Complete applicable training programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technician position or graduation from an accredited automotive college/technical school within 3 months.
  • Able to perform basic inspections with limited supervision.
  • Prior experience with maintenance work on heavy-duty trucks or similar equipment.
