Job Summary

The Call Center Agent will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers and service departments. This individual will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing customers with product and service information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication: Handle all inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding vehicle service appointments, repair statuses, and customer assistance.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm upcoming service appointments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Product and Service Information: Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information on products and services, including pricing and promotions.
  • Issue Resolution: Field calls and escalate issues to appropriate parties to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learning: Complete all required brand training to become knowledgeable of products and services, and stay up-to-date on industry developments.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Experience: Demonstrate a history of providing exceptional customer service in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Brand Knowledge: Have prior experience with Lexus, Toyota, or High-Line brands, or be willing to learn and become knowledgeable of these products.
  • Education and Certifications: Possess a High School diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass pre-employment screening, including background checks.
