Position Overview:

The Portfolio Administration Services team is looking for a candidate eager to develop and enhance their skills within the Fintech sector. The successful individual will be essential in the daily oversight and management of client accounts through Envestnet's trading and account management platform. A strong commitment to delivering a premier experience to our investment advisors is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily monitoring and management of accounts using Envestnet's trading platform.
  • Identify client accounts that may require trading based on established criteria.
  • Review and execute trade instructions, manage service requests, and provide trading assistance.
  • Conduct daily tasks, including resolving issues using established procedures and guidelines.
  • Engage in root cause analysis to address and prevent process deviations.
  • Support junior staff members with process methodologies.
  • Contribute to special projects as directed by management.
  • Coordinate with Lead Specialist and Supervisor for backup coverage.
  • Understand and uphold Envestnet's corporate business practices, policies, internal controls, and procedures designed to enhance value and mitigate risk.
  • Ensure compliance with Envestnet's legal, compliance, risk, business continuity, and administrative policies, including timely completion of training and awareness initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial markets, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and ETFs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with investment management operations and practices, including trading and portfolio accounting systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proven problem-solving skills in daily processing challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
