Job Summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a licensed esthetician with a passion for helping people achieve their skin health goals. As a member of our team, you will work with clients to provide expert guidance and innovative esthetic services, including Cryoskin and Hydrafacial treatments. Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultations and administer Cryoskin and other esthetic services to clients
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and communication
  • Maintain accurate records of each session and client interactions
  • Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
  • Sell Restore's esthetic services to existing and new clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our treatments
  • Cross-sell other Restore modalities that may enhance esthetic services and provide a holistic wellness experience
  • Maintain an inventory of esthetic supplies and order as needed to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Educate clients on Restore modalities and products that support and enhance their experience
  • Assist with store operations, including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, and operating our point-of-sale system
Qualifications
  • Licensed esthetician with experience in Cryoskin and Hydrafacial treatments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and empathy
  • Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining confidentiality
  • Passion for helping people look and feel their best, with a focus on delivering personalized and results-driven treatments
Compensation

$30.00 per hour
