Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range for this position reflects a nationwide market range and encompasses a broad spectrum of salaries for this role across the country.
The actual salary will be influenced by various factors, including the role's scope, complexity, and location, as well as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees may also qualify for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
The Business Insurance (BI) Sales Center offers a premier alternative distribution model, utilizing a team of sales professionals to engage directly with clients and secure new business accounts on behalf of our esteemed agency partners.
As a Sales Coordinator, your role will involve supporting our sales team while collaborating with business partners and clients to secure and maintain optimal business for our portfolio.
You will be part of a dynamic team, driving efficiencies to meet business objectives while receiving mentorship to help you realize your full potential.
What Will You Do?- Support the BI sales team by ensuring efficient intake, triage, and distribution of accounts.
- Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills by synthesizing multiple information sources.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes, products, and sales culture to become a trusted associate.
- Provide transactional support for rating, quoting, and issuing policies.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and clients, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Execute service level agreements and deliver quality products and services by leveraging standardized workflows and business resources.
- Manage audit, compliance, and reporting to support business operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- At least one year of administrative or sales experience.
- Knowledge of Property and Casualty products and services, preferably in Business Insurance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology, including navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Attention to detail, focused on producing quality work in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High school diploma or GED.
