Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in New Hampshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing a sales strategy that meets our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and develop a sales team to achieve sales targets in New Hampshire.
  • Represent our portfolio of brands, including Ben & Jerry's, Breyer's, Good Humor, Klondike, Talenti, Magnum, and Popsicle, in the state.
  • Meet with key customers and stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the New Hampshire market and sales landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
