Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team. As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and support to students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of students with special needs.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide direct instruction and support to students in a variety of settings, including classrooms, resource rooms, and other designated areas.
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral Degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • Bachelors Degree in Education or a related field.
  • Active teaching license in the state.
