Certified Respiratory Therapist for Travel Assignments

- AHA certifications are mandatory, including AHA Instructor, Provider, and RQI.
- Verify specific unit or job description for necessary certifications.
- For any name changes or updates, approval will be assessed individually if the updated certification or ID cannot be rectified before commencement.
- Photographic evidence of certifications in screenshot form is not permitted.
- NBRC certification is essential for Registered Respiratory Therapists.
- Possession of an Ohio State or Compact RN license is required.
- Verification of credentials must be completed within 30 days of employment commencement for RNs, LPNs, and LVNs.
- Two supervisory references are necessary (note that charge nurses will count as one reference).
- Preferred candidates should have approximately two years of relevant experience.
- Floating between units is a requirement for most roles.
- An Ohio State license is mandatory for Registered Respiratory Therapists.
- An I-9 form is required for direct placements.
- A current government-issued photo ID must be submitted within 24-48 hours of contract signing. A temporary driver's license is acceptable to start, but a permanent driver's license must be on file once available.
- The traveler's legal name must correspond with their RN or allied health license and certifications (nicknames are not acceptable).
- If the traveler is in the process of a name change, proof of the name change must be provided.
- The legal name must be accurately reflected in the relevant systems.
- Internal requirements may apply as necessary.
