Position Overview

We are seeking a Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our esteemed organization. This role is vital in providing exceptional respiratory care to patients across various healthcare settings.

Certification Requirements
  • ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification is mandatory, with AHA certification only.
  • BLS: Basic Life Support certification is required, AHA certification only.
  • PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification is necessary, AHA certification only.
  • NRP: Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure certification is essential for NICU RNs, AHA AAP certification only.
  • TNCC: Trauma Nursing Core Course certification is required.
  • ENPC: Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course certification is mandatory.
  • Tech Cert Verification: National certification must be verified within 30 days of commencement for RRTs.
  • State License Verification: Required within 30 days of start.
Job Specifications
  • Two supervisory references are required (Charge nurses will count as one reference).
  • Preferred experience is close to two years.
  • Floating between various units is expected for most roles.
Job Prerequisites
  • Ohio State license is mandatory for RRTs.
Additional Information
  • I-9: Required for direct placements.
  • Attestation: Required.
  • Identification: A current government-issued photo ID is required within 24-48 hours of contract signing.
  • Legal Name: The traveler's legal name must match their RN or allied license & certifications (no nicknames).
  • If a name change is in process, proof of the name change is necessary.
  • Legal name must be accurately reflected in NOVA/Connect.
