- Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Assist with maintaining the appearance of the store, including merchandising and general upkeep.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and processing inventory, ensuring that products are ready for customers.
- Event Support: Participate in off-site events and activities, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Use the POS system to process transactions and assist with opening and closing registers.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist with picking and packing orders for online visitors.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Age and Education: Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer Service Experience: Have prior customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Physical Demands: Be able to lift boxes up to 40lbs and stand for most of your shift.
- Availability: Be available to work weekends, as this is when the brewery is busiest.
- Competitive Compensation: Receive a competitive hourly rate of $18.50.
