Job Description

About the Role:

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our personal lines customers. As a Personal Lines CSR/Assistant Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and fairly
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • A CA P&C license is required
  • 2+ years' experience working with personal lines in a brokerage setting
  • Experience with AMS360 is a plus
