We are a modern commercial insurance agency specializing in Worker's Compensation solutions for businesses.
Apart from our core focus, we also cater to Employee Benefits needs of our clients. As an experienced Account Manager (Employee Benefits), you will be responsible for ongoing account management and client relationship maintenance.
Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of both small-group and large-group clients, along with excellent customer service skills. They must be able to work efficiently within CRM and other computer/software tools.
Key Responsibilities- Ongoing account management and client relationship maintenance
- Timely responses to emails, calls, and other client communications
- Consult with and make recommendations for clients based on their unique needs
- Work with stakeholders to implement a proactive renewal process for Large Group clients
- Build decks and assist with presentation during pre-renewal, renewal, and open enrollment meetings
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings for open enrollment and any other needs throughout the year
- Work with stakeholders to develop strategic renewal plans for clients
- Work with vendor partners to accommodate special strategies with clients as appropriate
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 per annum.
