We're seeking a skilled Senior Architecture Project Manager to lead our multidisciplinary teams in the development of multiple concurrent projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating work, leading client relationships, and participating in reviews with governing agencies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Independently coordinating work of a multidisciplinary team throughout the development of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Leading client relationships and being involved with marketing, contractual/scope establishment, design, and production meetings.
  • Participating in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance.
  • Planning, organizing, and supervising the work of Project Architects and associated design staff.
  • Conducting work sessions at project milestones in conjunction with the Project Architect and other disciplines to ensure the team is meeting schedule and quality goals.
  • Identifying and mitigating or managing project risks.
  • Having excellent communication skills with the team and client in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Tracking financial aspects of projects and coordinating and adjusting work effort with the team to ensure that work is completed within agreed-to-parameters.
  • Monitoring subconsultant work progress against contract(s).
  • Working with the Regional Controller and Managing Principal for project reviews with corporate management as needed.

We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, 7 years of related experience, and a minimum of 2 years of project management experience. A Registered Architect and PMP certification are also required. If you have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and good planning and mentoring skills, we'd love to hear from you.
