Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Support Professional to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing on-site support, and performing IMACD activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot known and unknown software issues related to Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Skype for Business, OneDrive, and other corporate deployed desktop applications.
  • Provide excellent verbal and written communication to end-users regarding their productivity issues.
  • Document solutions and incident resolution case notes in English in assigned reporting systems.
  • Performs inventory management.
Requirements
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a corporate IT department providing end-user support.
  • Knowledgeable in PC troubleshooting, break/fix activities, and service requests, adds, and moves.
  • Over 2 years of experience in Break/Fix and Repairing PCs/Desktops, Laptops and Monitors.
  • Experience in ticketing, any ticketing tool is fine.
Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
