Job Title: Customer Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Advisor at Russell Speeders Car Wash. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our Unlimited Wash Pass Members and new car wash guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers
  • Process payment transactions and maintain a safe and clean work area
  • Answer questions regarding car wash services and plans
  • Meet sales and quality metrics
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
  • 16 years of age or older
  • Able to work evenings and weekend schedule
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Self-motivated with methodical work habits
