Job Summary: As a Behavioral Health Professional, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to inmates. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, treating, and stabilizing individuals with mental health needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis stabilization and complete intakes and ongoing evaluations
- Participate in monthly behavioral health calls and work collaboratively with the medical team to determine overall treatment
- Perform risk assessments and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Assist in planning and implementing program goals and objectives
- Prepare documentation, records, and reports as necessary
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Minimum one year of experience in a social work capacity in a public or private agency
- Licensed, Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinician with LCSW, LPC, or equivalent
