Key Responsibilities- Drive the adoption and sales of the TCAR procedure by establishing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and providing clinical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support and product improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and relevant literature to provide expert insights and recommendations.
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and training sessions to educate implanting teams on proper indications for TCAR procedures.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to promote TCAR adoption and sales.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and handle administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient operations.
- Bachelor's degree or technical degree or comparable experience.
- Typically, 8+ years of clinical, medical device, or related experience.
- Experience in a consultative role in an applicable vascular environment, such as an operating room setting.
