Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Role Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding support. This position is responsible for managing customer inquiries across various channels and directing them to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to customer communications via phone, email, and online platforms, documenting interactions in the company CRM.
- Engage with customers to clarify inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and installation, to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Utilize our review management software to assess customer feedback and generate insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, call center, or related fields is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various digital communication tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to enhancing customer satisfaction.
