Customer Advocate Role

At Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits, we're seeking a skilled Customer Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate customers through the self-service process
  • Answer inquiries regarding customer accounts
  • Process orders and pick-ups
  • Handle customer service calls
  • Research and resolve customer-related issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
