Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team on 2nd Shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising production lines, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise production lines on 2nd Shift, ensuring safe and efficient operations
  • Inspect production areas for safety hazards and ensure compliance with GMPs
  • Train and develop production staff to meet daily production goals
  • Monitor and report production metrics, including quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with production management to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork, including skid tickets and quality checks
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
