Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough support to both internal and external clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage a high volume of inquiries, ensuring timely responses to all customer requests and concerns.
  • Handle complex issues with professionalism, maintaining composure to effectively resolve challenges.
  • Utilize troubleshooting tools to identify and address product-related issues efficiently.
  • Document customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in our services.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in refining customer service procedures to enhance team efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions to support service quality improvements.

Qualifications:
