Kable Staffing is seeking a skilled Mig Welder to join their team in Georgetown, KY. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct MIG welding on metal components according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Ensure welds meet or exceed established criteria for strength and precision.
- Accurately and efficiently assemble metal components based on project requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications, dimensions, and welding requirements.
- Inspect metal parts pre-assembly to identify and rectify defects or imperfections.
- Uphold a commitment to delivering top-notch welds and finished products. Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder, with expertise in welding various metals.
- Ability to consistently produce high-quality welds with precision.
- Keen attention to detail with a dedication to producing accurate and flawless welds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing or construction setting.
