Job Description

Frontier Railroad Services, LLC is a railroad construction company based in New Stanton, PA.

We are seeking a skilled Laborer I to join our team and work on repairing and maintaining track or the railroad right of way.

This position requires substantial weekly travel to any of the states in which we operate.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform construction or maintenance tasks associated with railroad tracks.
  • Operate hand-held powered equipment and manual tools.
  • Ability and willingness to adhere to safety rules and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outdoor work experience.
  • Driver's License
  • Experience operating earth moving equipment in a railroad environment.
  • Welding experience.

Work Conditions:

  • Stoops, bends, kneels, crouches regularly.
  • May involve overtime including weekends and holidays.
  • Requires lifting in excess of 70 lbs.
  • Works outside in all types of weather conditions.
