Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Public Partnerships LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional customer experiences, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, leadership, and communication. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
Responsibilities- Lead a team of customer service representatives
- Coach and guide team members to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years' experience in customer service; 1-3 years' experience in a call center environment; 5+ years' relevant work experience in the healthcare industry

- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
