About Public Partnerships LLC

We help people stay at home and self-direct their care through our innovative consumer-directed personal assistance program (CDPAP). Our mission is to empower individuals to take control of their services and support them in living happy, healthy, and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound/outbound call inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Initiate outbound calls to follow up with previous contacts and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records/documentation for audit and internal control purposes.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including routing mail, email, and other duties as assigned.
  • Learn program rules for assigned projects to ensure ability to respond to customer service inquiries.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree is desirable.
  • 2-4 years' experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to work effectively with persons with disabilities.
