Netflix is a global entertainment leader with 278 million paid memberships across 190 countries. As a key member of the Corporate FP&A team, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through accurate financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate monthly and quarterly reconciliations to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Perform financial scenario analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop insightful dashboards and presentations to summarize financial data.
- Build management reporting packages for headcount, expenses, and contingent talent.
- Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Planning Technology teams to improve forecast accuracy and planning processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain ongoing metrics, forecast methodologies, and analyses to drive business decisions related to Employee Expenses and Headcount.
- Drive process improvements in headcount planning by partnering with upstream process owners and enhancing current tools/systems.
- Support ad hoc reporting and analytical projects.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects related to financial data quality and reporting.
- 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment, preferably in a management/operational consulting firm or a competitive financial/operational rotational program.
- Self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively autonomously and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Superior proficiency with MS Excel and working knowledge of statistics and analysis packages.
- Previous experience working with financial and/or headcount-related data is a plus.
- Experience in accounting concepts and financial planning is a plus.
