Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Century Group International Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to join their team. This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of financial systems and software, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to senior management, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial performance metrics.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
- Oversee cost management initiatives, including cost reduction strategies and efficiency improvements.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
