Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Jet's Pizza. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure excellent service and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and cash handling to ensure profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and address operational challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure seamless operations and cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to travel to other locations as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
