General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Jet's Pizza. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure excellent service and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and cash handling to ensure profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and address operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including food safety and sanitation standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure seamless operations and cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to travel to other locations as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
