Job Title: Network Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team at Exodus Integrity Services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a keen understanding of network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for clients, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Conduct network assessments and audits to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific networking needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
- Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, including training and documentation as needed.
- Stay current with the latest networking technologies and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions.
- Assist in the development of network policies and procedures to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in network engineering or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
- Experience with network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools, such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG.
- Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure alone or in a team setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear.
Employees must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
This position may be partially or fully remote. The candidate must have transportation to go on site to office and clients' sites when required.
The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment.
Use remote (Zoom, TEAMS) Applications with all functions operational (camera and chat active) to communicate any time during the workday and schedule work times.
