Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Office Ambassador to join our team at People Driven Technology, Inc. This role will be responsible for all local customer-facing activities and partner relationships, as well as serving as the main point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees in the Minneapolis region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute full-scale local marketing campaigns and events, partnering with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure seamless execution.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and timeliness.
  • Coordinate invite distribution with the local sales team and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues.
  • Accurately estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, tracking campaign and event expenses and ensuring budget compliance.
  • Document all campaign and event details in internal channels, conducting project post-mortems and creating recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Champion PDT focus and outcome paths, fostering relationships with local sales team and OEM partners, and staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Provide regular reports to the Area Vice President and VP of Marketing on field marketing activity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals interacting with the office, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all common areas, including reception, meetings rooms, kitchen, and conference rooms.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, including kitchen and conference rooms, and coordinate with maintenance or contractors for repairs and upkeep as needed.
  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and gatherings, arranging catering services, setting up meeting rooms, and providing logistical support for events.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in field marketing or event planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proficiency in MS Office and a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
