Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging sports programs that promote physical activity, social-emotional learning, and academic achievement.
  • Manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with our mission and values.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure a positive and supportive experience.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in sports programming and education.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or a related field.
  • Strong background in sports and physical activity, with a passion for working with children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to our mission and values.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete a Live-Scan background check.
