Talent Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Partner to play a key role in shaping the future of our faculty at the Savannah College of Art and Design. As a strategic partner, you will collaborate with academic leadership, hiring committee members, and human resources to identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a network of professional contacts to source top talent through direct sourcing and networking.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies, including advertising open positions in various industry publications and online job boards.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including writing and editing job postings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
  • Work with candidates, academic services staff, and HR staff to coordinate on-campus visits, facilitate interviews, and evaluate candidates.
  • Prepare salary estimates, extend formal offers of employment, and complete reference checks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in human resources or higher education, with a proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as needed.
Work Environment:

The Savannah College of Art and Design is a dynamic and creative work environment. The university work week is Sunday through Saturday, with most offices open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours to accommodate business needs.
