Executive Chef

Lombard Place Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working in a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation, with a strong background in sanitation and safe food handling standards. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of food and supply management, including inventory control, ordering, and storage. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to ensure seamless food service operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all sanitation and food safety standards.
